Come along and celebrate Wildlife Queensland’s 60th birthday with the Scenic Rim Branch’s FREE expo.
Meet some local species with a Geckoes Wildlife Presentation (11 am and 2 pm), and learn about the biodiversity of the Scenic Rim, wildlife care and conservation needs and the importance of wildlife corridors – all while enjoying markets, art and food.
• Listen to Wildlife Queensland co-founder Judith Wright’s history in the Scenic Rim and readings of her poetry
• See local artwork and enter arts, photography & craft competitions.
• Learn to identify and sketch native species.
• Buy gifts and local foods.
