PlatypusWatch Walk & Talk

Join Wildlife Queensland’s PlatypusWatch for a morning walk along Opossum Creek to learn about the local platypuses.

Ecologist Dr Tamielle Brunt will discuss their charismatic biology, conservation, importance in freshwater systems, and point out habitat features that sustain them in the area. She will also share what you can do to help.

• Please note, there is no guarantee that platypuses will be present during the guided walk.
• Please wear enclosed shoes and be sun smart.
