Join the Faunawatch team for a wildlife-filled walk at the beautiful Currimundi (Kathleen McArthur) Conservation Park.
Named in honour of one of Wildlife Queensland’s founders, and our Branch founder, this park protects wallum heathland, woodland and dune plant communities that once covered areas of the Sunshine Coast, and forms a refuge for its fauna.
Meeting Point: Park on the corner of Coongarra Esplanade and Bareki Street, Wurtulla.
Faunawatch walks are held on the fourth Monday of most months. Meet at 8.00 am. View the latest Faunawatch Newsletter for outing dates and information or contact: sunshine@wildlife.org.au.
