Mammal Muster — Dangerbridge Nature Refuge

Join us for Citizens For Refuge Ecology (C4RE) Camp as we learn about and record the diversity of mammals at Dangerbridge Private Nature Refuge, just 20 minutes from Noosa.

Come for the day or roll out your swag under a canopy of stars and help Queensland Trust for Nature (QTFN) build a better understanding of biodiversity values in our state’s AMAZING Nature Refuge network.

• Interact with experts and learn about mammal ID, camera trapping, bioacoustics monitoring, and more.
• Discover the world of koala conservation, thermal drones, detection dogs, yellow-bellied gliders, greater gliders, insectivorous bats, platypus, and quolls.
• Novices to experts, students to elders, lone wolves to families, everyone is welcome!
• Activities include everything you need to know about monitoring and appreciating mammals, all topped off with dinner around the campfire in the evening.

We understand that not everyone can give up their whole weekend, so we offer both day and weekend tickets for your convenience. Join us on the weekend of July 22-23 for the full experience, or choose a day ticket that suits your schedule.
