Park After Dark - Spotlighting

Many of Australia’s native species are nocturnal and can be best discovered after dark!

Come along as we journey through Logan’s natural environment to see what night-time creatures we can spy under torchlight – you never know what we might see in a different light! Learn tips and tricks on how to spot various species and safely observe them without impacting them.

Important information:

  • Registrations required for all attendees – spaces are limited!
  • Strictly for ages 12 years and older – parent/guardian supervision required for under 18’s.
  • This event may be cancelled or postponed if the weather conditions aren’t suitable. We will notify you via text and email no later than 1 hour before the start of the event.
  • If you can no longer attend, please cancel your booking via Eventbrite to free up your place for those on the waiting list. Alternatively, contact the Council’s Environment Team on (07) 3412 4491 or environment@logan.qld.gov.au.
