The Bundaberg branch of WPSQ has been involved in a number of wildlife issues over the past twelve months, but none more pressing than our current campaign to have 5355 ha of coastal foreshore and hinterland at Miara declared a National Park.

With the current pressure from development on our natural areas, especially coastal areas, wildlife habitat protection is even more important than ever.

The Bundaberg branch welcomes new members who feel passionately that urban developments should be environmentally responsible and sustainable.
