As a not-for-profit community-based group, Wildlife Queensland relies on the generous support of sponsors, donors and partners to help carry out much of our work.
Many of our activities are financially supported by the various organisations and bodies acknowledged here, in addition to donations from the public, members and subscribers.
Gambling Community Benefit Fund
Over several years, the Queensland Government’s Gambling Community Benefit Fund has provided financial assistance to Wildlife Queensland to help us undertake a wide range of projects and activities, supporting the community-based role of our staff and volunteers across the organisation.
In 2010, activities under our Quoll Seekers Network program have been generously funded by GCBF.
SEQ Catchments is the regional body responsible for the planning and implementation of integrated natural resource management (NRM) for south-east Queensland.
Queensland Community Foundation
Established in 1997, the Queensland Community Foundation is a public charitable trust set up to serve the State’s communities by providing a permanent funding source for charities and non-profit organisations.
As well as administering the Wildlife Preservation Society of Queensland sub-fund, the Queensland Community Foundation has provided funding to help us improve the effectiveness of our portfolio of Wildlife Projects.
Wildlife Queensland’s many supporters
In addition to support by major sponsors, Wildlife Queensland also gratefully receives support from individuals, organisations and businesses who provide a commitment to conservation both through direct financial and in-kind support.
Wildlife Queensland thanks these supporters for their commitment to conserving our wildlife and their generosity in supporting our organisation.
