Join the Wildlife Queensland Faunawatch Team for a walk at the hidden gem of Hawthorn Park, Marcus Beach.
Starting at Hawthorn Park, we’ll explore the Marcus Beach section of Noosa National Park. Our walk takes us along fire tracks surrounded by towering Allocasuarina, Banksia and Eucalypt trees, with lower areas featuring Sedge and Melaleuca. Keep an eye out for the amazing range of flora and fauna along the way!
Meeting Point: Type 45 Hawthorn Grove, Marcus Beach into your navigator. It is just next to Hawthorn Park.
Faunawatch walks are held on the fourth Monday of most months. Meet at 8.00 am. View the latest Faunawatch Newsletter for outing dates and information or contact: sunshine@wildlife.org.au.
