Join Wildlife Queensland’s echidna expert, Dr Kate Dutton-Regester, for a guided educational walk at Berrinba Wetlands.
This wildlife haven is home to a diverse array of species, from majestic pelicans and powerful owls to lace monitors, gliders, as well as swamp and red-necked wallabies. Along the way, you’ll also encounter iconic flora like black she-oaks, scribbly gums and prickly paperbarks.
As we stroll along the scenic tracks, Dr Kate will share fascinating insights into the ecology of echidnas and the Wetlands’ rich biodiversity. It’s the perfect opportunity to learn, connect with wildlife and enjoy the great outdoors!
