Join Logan City Council and Conservation Volunteers Australia for a FREE community planting day for BushCare’s Big Day Out.
- Celebrate the work of our passionate BushCare volunteers who care for our parks and natural areas throughout the year
- Help plant native trees and find out how you can volunteer to care for and nurture our environment.
We’ll bring the plants and a FREE morning tea. This event is perfect for the whole family!
Onsite parking is available at Riverdale Park. It is recommended to park at the end carpark, closest to the Logan River. We encourage the use of alternative transport where possible as parking is limited.
Pedestrian access to the site will be signed. To access the planting site, please follow the path that runs alongside the Logan River for 350m – the site will be located to the left of the path.
Please bring along drinking water, sun protection and wear enclosed footwear. All planting equipment is provided. This is a free event run by Logan City Council. No registrations required.
