Head Office
Wildlife Preservation Society of Queensland, Caboolture Branch

The Caboolture branch concentrates primarily on the preservation of Burpengary Creek as a remnant rainforest wildlife habitat and where the establishment of an environmental education centre will enable the branch to encourage involvement in local conservation projects. Other areas of interest include the Pumicestone Passage as area of local concern, Black-Cockatoos, birds and habitat loss.

The branch is represented on the CRICM and the Caboolture Region Environmental Education Centre Steering Committee. They have particular expertise in birds (John Noyce), catchment knowledge and management (Jim Pulsford and Brian Rigden), butterflies (Jim Pulseford), and Australian plants (Sue Gallagher).
