As a not-for-profit community based group, Wildlife Queensland relies on the generous support of sponsors, donors and partners to help carry out much of our work.

GAMBLING COMMUNITY BENEFIT FUND

Queensland Government Gambling Community Benefit FundOver several years, the Queensland Government's Gambling Community Benefit Fund has provided financial assistance to Wildlife Queensland to help us undertake a wide range of projects and activites, supporting the community-based role of our staff and volunteers across the organisation.

In 2010, activities under our Quoll Seekers Network program have been generously funded by GCBF.

 
 
SEQ CATCHMENTS

Perpetual TrusteesSEQ Catchments is the regional body responsible for the planning and implementation of integrated natural resource management (NRM) for south-east Queensland.

In this role SEQ Catchments have provided assistance to several Wildlife Queensland projects including PlatypusWatch and Quoll Seekers Network.

QUEENSLAND COMMUNITY FOUNDATION

Perpetual TrusteesEstablished in 1997, the Queensland Community Foundation is a public charitable trust set up to serve the State's communities by providing a permanent funding source for charities and non profit organisations.

As well as administering the Wildlife Preservation Society of Queensland sub-fund, the Queensland Community Foundation has provided funding to help us improve the effectiveness of our portfolio of Wildlife Projects.

Michael Snedic Photography

Michael SnedicMichael Sendic is a fantastic photographer and passionate wildlife advocate. His images feature in many of Wildlife Queensland's educational publications and he is a regular contributor to Wildlife Australia Magazine, writing about the art and science of photographing our native wildlife.

As well as capturing amazing images, he shares his passion for the visual image through his 'Trekabout Photography Workshops', which he runs with partner Mark Rayner
